I chose this hotel for our one night in Oxford mainly for the free parking it offered, and its proximity to the downtown area. The room was large and clean, and the bed comfortable, but it seemed incredibly overpriced. If you could get a deal at this hotel, then it's worth it, but I wouldn't pay full price again.

Recently stayed as part of a university reunion and rooms were not particularly well appointed and looked tired. Hence the room rates were not what I would say best value. Also the spa is tiny and packed so swimming is virtually impossible. Parking is also tight but the location is excellent and walkable into the city. Breakfast however was excellent.

The hotel was okay, even better when we changed rooms as our first one was not up to standard. The 'spa' was really disappointing and be aware that kids can be in there all day at the weekend.
