very modern, comfortable and friendly place to stop on an overnight stay to break a long drive. the breakfast was of a very good standard and gave a good start to the day, i would deffinately recommend.
Reasonable stay - room was large, comfortable and clean with mineral water and bisuits on offer in addition to the usual tea/coffee supplies.
Bathroom was let down by the sealant/grouting around the bath - which judging by quality and the colour had been attacked by rabied dogs before being repaired by a blind coal-miner.
