I can only agree with everybody else, best B&B I have ever stayed in. Lovely hosts, fantastic room, couldn't ask for anything more. Better than any hotel, spotlessly clean, all you need to take with you are your clothes, everything else is provided.

We stayed here for a night whilst visiting our son at the university. It's a very quiet location, the room had everything we could have wanted, and more. The best part of all was the superb breakfast, a wide variety, good quality and plenty of it!

I really didnt think bed and breakfast could be so luxurious! Fabulous welcome, though I arrived very late. great room with separate bathroom with shower and bath,spotless. My partner and I stayed here for one night in mid-October. Very friendly welcome. Coffee was brought to our room in individual plunger coffee pots - delicious. What a special place! A delightful setting and home and very comfortable. Room and ensuite met every need. The choice at breakfast was magnificent - would have liked to stay and graze all day! Well worth a visit.

Another stay here; had spent the previous night in the Manchester Malmaison and Quarry House knocked spots off it. At Q.H. room was more comfortable, en-suite better, breakfast offered more choices. Stay there if you are in the area!!!!
