Lively pub in the centre of Ludlow. Lovely family room. Very comfy bed. Loads of space. Good tv and tea and coffee. Excellent breakfast using local sausages . Friendly welcome. Parking right outside. Was perfect for our trip to the Spring Festival.

Good points: Free On-site parking (always a plus is the centre of any old town). Good breakfast. Nice, pleasant & helpful staff (Big plus this: Thank you all). Good central locationNot expensive, but not cheap either (for the standard of the room)
Bad points: The Bull is a lively town centre pub with a big courtyard & marquee right under...

Location is the great positive here, right in the heart of the town. Benefits from it's own parking under a marquee.
Room though basic, was recently decorated and was lovely and warm. Had a sofa, flat screen TV and tea/ coffee making facilities. Bathroom was dated ( peachy pink) though it did have a new shower unit over the bath. Take...

We stayed at The Bull Hotel for 2 nights in Dec 2012, between Christmas and New Year. Finding somewhere within a sensible budget was proving something of a challenge so finding The Bull was a real bonus. The rooms are above a busy pub so it can be noisy until about midnight but once the pub closes, a good night's...

Stayed over 2 nights on a visit to Ludlow, great value rooms, clean and basic. A little bit noisy as the four guest rooms are over the pub and where people go out to smoke, but we slept ok.

On arriving at the hotel we were allocated a twin room when we had booked a double. However we asked for it to be put right and the staff were very hepful in sorting it out for us. It resulted in us having a very large, comfortable double bed. The pub is an old building, so expect some uneven walls...

We stayed elsewhere in Ludlow but had an evening meal in The Bull Hotel and were very impressed with be the menu and the food. The service and the beer(Ludlow Breweries, Ludlow Gold) were excellent. We wish the new owners all the best in turning what was" a rough old pub" into a successful venture.
