Spent three nights here in early May 2013. The location is terrific and the room lovely with a big bathroom and direct access to a sweet garden. Terrific hosts and a great breakfast. Nearby are some really good restaurants and the river is just a hop, skip and a jump away

We have stayed at this lovely home twice. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. It is nice to have such thought put into ones comfort. It is about the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Fabulous breakfast and attention to detail. Don't stay anywhere else in Bath!

We stayed for two nights over a weekend and we absolutely loved it here. Room is lovely and has doors on to a pretty courtyard garden.
