Stayed here for my wife's 40th. From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is great, set in beautiful gardens and just the right distance from Bath centre. Had an evening meal in the Vellore restaurant which was delicious.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Perfect location, 10 minute walk to town, wonderful food, great service. Spa facilities were amazing especially the outdoor heated pool!! We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel which were both faultless. Overall 5*!!!!

During our visit to bath, we decided to sleep in this place, the room was big and nice confrotable addition, the staff who greeted us was nice my family enjoyed the visit, the better the situation where we slept, there was no need to catch a taxi or bus to move to the sites.

Came here for afternoon tea. This was peaceful place to have afternoon tea. The gardens were lovely and the staff were accommodating. It was also reasonably priced too. All round good choice for afternoon tea. PS the carrot cake was the best
