Bath YMCA provides excellent value accommodation at the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and most importantly the communal facilities were spotless. I was very comfortable in my single room, with bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, chairs and sink. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate and in the evenings there was...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here a couple of months back and it wasn't really up to standard.
When we arrived, everything was fine. The guy on the desk wasn't particularly charismatic, but he got the job done, gave us our keys and we were on our way.
Later that evening, we had a couple of friends who had arrived...

The YMCA at Bath is located in the heart of the city and is five minutes walk from shopping, main attractions and the best restaurants. The YMCA building is located in a courtyard which has a great sense of tranquility and very positive vibes. We loved sitting with coffee in the courtyard. Its like this hidden heaven in the middle...

I have stayed at Bath YMCA before and it is perfect for a single traveller on a budget. Even very basic hotels in Bath can be quite expensive so this is a no frills but perfectly acceptable option. It is located in a peaceful courtyard across from the Hilton hotel and is only a 60 second walk to the main...

Wonderful, clean, place to stay in Bath. Less than half the price of hotels for private room. All the staff are really friendly. Hostel is central in the city ,so easy to visit all the attractions that Bath has to offer.
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly: the breakfast is wonderful. If you can afford a coulpe of pounds...

If you are looking for a great value (about 30 pounds a night) in a single room in Bath this is a wonderful option. Single bedroom with a sink, desk, closet space, and no television. Shared bathroom/showers, but clean and I never had to wait for a shower stall. Free WiFi available in the lobby area, and internet option for...

It's a decent average hostel. Their main selling points are the rates and accessibility to Bath town center. We had a private room, shared facilities. The electric sockets didn't work, but we were there for only one night, so we didn't bother following up. They charge for left luggage, even if it's for half a day... and we felt that...

Three of us stayed one night here during a week long tour of England. Overall the rooms were basic and sufficient but the biggest annoyance was finding an outlet. We couldn't find one anywhere in the room or the shared washroom. There was only one in the room for razors only. Then to make matters a bit more frustrating we...
