This is the second time I've stayed at Berachah and I had a wonderful time. I needed a short break to get away from it all, and this was the perfect place to stay. Jan Billings the lovely owner makes you feel very welcome, and I really appreciated the kitchen and breakfast arrangements- you prepare your own breakfast at a... More

Relaxing and nourishing weekend on many levels. Comfortable place to stay where I was made to feel welcome and as though I was at home. Well placed to visit the Chalice Well Gardens, the Tor, shopping area, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful wall hangings and decorations. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable weekend and well recommended.

A lovely peaceful retreat with wonderful views from all rooms whether it is the Chalice Well Gardens or the Berachah’s garden and the Somerset levels beyond. We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were comfortable; the kitchen had all the amenities, well stocked for breakfast and a superb view. The lounge was a bonus... My friend and I stayed at Berachah for a few days in December covering the Winter Soltice celebrations. Berachah is set at the foot of the Tor and looks out onto the Vale of Avalon, you could not ask for a better view while eating your breakfast, to which all tastes are catered for in a spacious kitchen. Our room... More

An outstanding place to stay, filled with paintings by the owner, Jan Billings. Literally next door to the Tor and Chalice Well Gardens and a stone's throw from the town centre. Loved the self service breakfast, relaxed and very picturesque..

We stayed at Berachah for a few days in December, and it was an excellent experience. Berachah sits high, nestled as it is on the lower part of the hill known as The Tor. The bedroom we had was comfortable and lovely, and the kitchen is comfortable and lovely as well, with a wall of windows overlooking the Somerset Levels.... More

It is a lovely, very relaxing and spiritual place right at the foot of the Glastonbury Tor overlooking the Chalice Well Gargens. It has been a wonderful experience staying at "Berachah House." It is so very nice to have breakfast looking over the Isle of Avalon. I would like to thank Jan for her exceptional hospitality and kindness. This place... More

i had been intending to stay at Berachah since about 1995 when i first met Jan and bought some silk squares. My daughter (young adult) and I wanted a night away from general stresses whilst it was half-term and some time to be together. We stayed in the Pink Angel Room; where it was nice and cosy with Jan's silk... More

Oh I felt at home as soon as I walked in through the door and will remember that feeling always! --- Berachah is situated perfectly at foot of the the Tor and the Chalice well one minute away - right next door. The healing spring waters right outside and you can fill up your water bottles at anytime. The entire... More

Thank you, Jan, for offering us your lovely home as a B & B. We loved the location since we were there on a Spiritual journey - right across the street from the Chalice Well, one of the world's first Peace Gardens, right next door to the White Spring, right next to the walking path to the Tor and a...
