“Noisy!”

Stayed for one night after a visit to alton towers. Check in was quick, good service at first. Room spacious and clean. Noise was horrific ALL night. Staff not interested. Breakfast basic and cold. Probably wont stay here again.

Never again will I look for another hotel in Stoke area .... after staying here. Two wonderful girls were standing at the reception, Victoria and Sian, nothing was to much trouble, what a delight to be greeted by such happy faces after a long drive.
