I stopped at this hotel with my family. After reading the reviews i was in doubt whether we should attend. The staff on duty were brilliant especially rachel the function coordinator and greg. Booked a single room for 3 nights, was given a double which is nice. Downsides include room and corridors stinking of stale smoke. Room is cold, can hear every footstep and bang from the room above.
