nice hotel but feels in the middle of nowhere, car is essential (or taxi!). Stayed here for teesside latin festival so about 15 minute drive away, okay for us as i don't drink. Friendly staff and more than helpful. Take your own tea/coffee/milk though as they don't give enough and although they will provide more, its a pain to keep... More

Well positioned for the White Water centre opposite and nearby Portrack Marsh Nature Reserve. Shared drive with the Caravan Club site but this caused no problems. Usual breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater.

Check in was quick despite the queue. I was very impressed the male receptionist who did not reveal ny room number out loud. Room was ok not as nice as some other Premier Inns. Quiet location which was nice.

Stayed here recently. The inn is in a fantastic location by the Tees barrage- I imagine it is very busy at some times- and we were able to walk around. Stayed at this inn on 8th March 2013 (booking reference ANIR147300). Room good, clean and Beefeater for food fanstastic. Good nights sleep..in a word NO. We were woken from our sleep by an alarm and after getting some clothes on and wandering to reception it turned out to have been caused by someone falling asleep in the bath and flooding... More

We have stayed here a couple of times before . We got the usual warm welcome. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. Didn't get as low a price as the last time but still good value. Good breakfast at the enxt door beefeater. Would go back.

The typical Premier Inn experience, the room was good, large, clean and quiet. The TV wasn't the most modern but good enough and the normal selection of Freeview channels. I was looking forward to a shower as I was cold and wet but the shower was appalling. I base a lot of hotel reviews on the quality of the shower as this shows how much they actually care about their customers stay.
