Booked the hotel through a third party.
On arrival room had not been reserved - only had to wait 5 mins and were very gratefully upgraded to a suite for our troubles.
The senior staff on duty were very polite and professional.
Room (112) was very spacious, powerful shower and comfy bed.
We had an evening meal after the races...
