I recently visited Seckford Hall, treating my parents to afternoon tea. For £15.00 per person it's a complete bargain. We had lots to eat and the cakes were AMAZING! Had a very enjoyable time and can't wait to go back!

Stayed 1 night for work. Managed to find my room and it was spacious with a comfortable bed. Well appointed bathroom. The setting was quiet and the grounds attractive in the sunshine. Friendly bar staff, prices ok for a hotel, nowhere to walk to by way of alternative really. Didn’t eat there

we stayed there for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend. We had the lower granary suite. Which is very spacious two bedrooms a lounge and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was good but it could be better for the room prices. The croissants for example were disappointing and there wasn't enough variety on the cooked menu (at least... More

We stayed at this hotel for our friends wedding. The food and service were very good. Its in a very romantic location with lovely gardens I was disappointed about our room size as the bed was in an alcove with a wall either side which made access difficult. I also felt that for £160 breakfast should be included.

Dear User casandlyn Thank you for your comments. Seckford Hall is an individual hotel and each room is a different size, meaning some rooms are larger than others. With regards to our rates we find not everyone wants to have breakfast and therefore sell our rooms on a room only tariff, with an option of having it at a separate... More

We took a close older relative for scone & cream tea at Seckford Hall, sitting outside in the courtyard and able to enjoy the Wisteria and look over the amazing gardens. Well worth doing. The Cream Tea was fine when it eventually arrived, but ordering it (and then paying for it) felt like something from the 1950s: "We're not allowed... More

Myself and my partner stayed at Seckford Hall Hotel the 27th May we stayed in room 7 the Tudor room and were certainly not disappointed. The room was huge with a grand four poster bed.. Some lovely handmade chocolates had been left in the room for us which we both enjoyed. The bathroom again was huge complete with a large... More

My wife and I spent one night at Seckford Hall in late May. We booked one of the Courtyard rooms which had a bedroom (zip-and-link bed), gorgeously modern bathroom, sitting room which included kitchen facilities (where our dog resided for the night!), and a second WC. Lovely room, recently refurbished I guess, and quiet as quiet. There are walks in... More

This is a very attractive hotel which is badly let down by poor service standards. The bar person did not know how to make a Bloody Mary. Alone not a problem but the next morning breakfast was a joke. There were no glasses for fruit juice and so I asked a waiter for a glass. His response was a begrudging... More

My husband and I went for lunch and sadly the service and the food didn't match our expectations. One fork was dirty, the staff had no passion and the food was low quality.
