The hotel is excellent, fantastic location, friendly staff, excellent service. The food menu in the restaurant and through ordering room service is also excellent. Had no problems of any kind with any of the services offered at the hotel I would both stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends. More

So the hotel is quaint with regular guests who bring cats but breakfast was £16.50 each (standard for a Mercure but I told what times it was but not reminded it wasnt included in package) and not worth £6. The room was OK but no more than that. More

Very welcoming at our arrival, good sized rooms that were clean and in good decorative condition. Considering the hotel was catering for a 100+ new year function and two weddings simultanously the service and food were excellent. New Year at the Burford Bridge, supberb, from the tea and cakes on arrival to the champagne and canapes at 7 followed by a five course meal and disco. The food was exellent and the staff were very attentive. We will be back! Jackie B More

Stayed here for a couple of nights and in general found the hotel to be perfectly reasonable Room although perfectly adequate needed a little bit of TLC as paint peeling off the door, bath needed reselling etc and also slightly mucky duvet cover which wasn't terribly pleasant but looked like marks tha couldn't be washed out rather than something tha... We stayed at Mercure Burford Bridge Boxhill as we were attending a wedding at the venue. This is a wonderful location for a wedding, the grounds are lovely and the staff are very attentive.
