Booked a superior double which was a lovely clean room with all the facilities you could want - iron/ironing board, hair dryer, tv and toiletries. With car parking included, friendly staff and only a ten minute walk from the city centre I see no reason to stay anywhere else. The only thing stopping it scoring 5 out of 5 for... More

Excellent location, only about 10-15 minutes walk from Central Station/City centre - only thing is it's uphill walking away from the station but the number 1 bus stops right outside the hotel & the number 30 stops nearby - both go to the city centre. The hotel is also within walking distance of St James Park and has plenty of... More

Good value hotel in excellent location especially for the Arena. Clean and spacious room, helpful pleasant staff. Stayed when visiting Metro radio arena. No other hotel came close on price and the more central ones had no parking. Ample parking here and no silly charges.

Good value, modern room. Well designed. I liked the tv being high on the wall at the end of the bed. However, be careful which room you get. If you face onto the car park you get the noise of the smokers at all hours. If you’re on the ground floor near the reception you get to hear everyone coming... More

It's within healthy walking distance from the Quayside and the center of town - meaning 10+ minutes, nice with good weather, or your own car, since parking is good and plentiful. Rooms and facilities are very basic - with our heavyish luggage we found most annoying the minimal concierge service with no way to leave it before check in or... More

We stayed here as all town centre hotels were booked and what a find! Great priced rooms and safe large car park. We took a superior room as that's all that was left and it was superb. Lovely and quiet too, clean and new decor. No breakfast and not really anything in the way of any facilities other than a... More

When we arrived at the rooms inn we were told we had been given a free room upgrade, the room was large, clean and the bed was very comfy, there was a good selection of bathroom toiletries. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it only takes about 15 mins to walk into town, coming back is a bit uphill... More

We stayed in the Rooms Inn in West Parade, Newcastle. It is located cery close to the city centre and the the Metro area (both easily wintin walking distance of about 10 minutes) The hotel is easy to find if you know where Newcastle college (Rye Hill campus is or Discovery Museum). The room is faily large and had a... More

I have now stayed at this hotel 5 times, its just that good and amazing for value. I usually stay in the superior room for that little bit extra money but its worth it. The location is brilliant for what i like to do when i go to Newcastle, its a 5 minute walk from the nearest clubs and shopping... More
