This is a B and B, not a hotel. The decor leaves a lot to be desired and the en suite was squeezed into a cupboard. However the room was clean and adequate. The breakfast room was pleasant except there was paper and cardboard piled up in the fireplace. The breakfast was OK. I would not recommend this to friends.

Stayed here one night, when I arrived the staff were very confused and did not know what room I was to stay in. Room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was also very clean. Painting work in the hallway could do with a re-coat! Breakfast was ok but was empty cereal boxes placed on the table...not ideal when ur hungry... More

What a terrible experience?! Missing checking staff/desk...filthy bathroom, bad designed dirty cramped bedroom, complete lack of professionalism. Great location but I would not stay here again if they paid me to. Can't believe they have the cheek to call themselves a hotel?!

I stayed here early september 2011 and really enjoyed it. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. the room was tastefully decorated and decent for a couple nights stay. Breakfast was plenty full and hot. Would stay again.

Lovely 2nights stay at this hotel made our trip to stratford worth while besides the tourist attraction. staff were very welcoming. lovely furnished room, not huge but was very clean an tidy. lovely breakfast each morning.
