Credit white credit is due. Staff very friendly & really make the difference. Food could not be faulted. Rooms very clean & comfortable, bathroom a little dated but given the rest of the experience very easy forgiven. Ideal location for NEC. Will definitely return. Geoff G

The Hotel makes a nice change from the chain hotels in and around the NEC, in particular when those establishments are charging disproportionate prices and when one considers that facilities such as Wi-Fi (not to mention parking!) are inclusive of your stay.
