Stayed one night and had no complaints. Hotel built recently, if you scratch the surface you'll spot a few niggles, but is immaculate. Staff were nice, rooms spacious, matress firm. 10/10 from almost every angle. Good location within walking distance of shops, bars, clubs etc. If ever in Brum city centre, i wouldn't go anywhere else. more

We visited Birmingham for an exhibition and to do some serious shopping.The Ramada is a great value hotel very clean and highly functional..no scuzzy carpet or stray hairs .The showers great and the mattresses are firm.Only dowside were noisy guests in the corridor late at night but I soon fell back to sleep.
