It is a terrible service apartment. Boiler is not working. No heat and no hot water here. Complained twice a day but they don’t care about it. Still no heat and no hot water. Every staff go home in the evening, so no one can help you when you have a problem at your room.

I stayed for one night with 3 friends in a 2 bed ground floor apartment. It was clean, tidy, well equipt but a bit battered. It's in walking distance to Brindley Place though so great location. We have received credible information that City Nites is insolvent, and a winding-up petition has been filed against this company in Birmingham Court. The hearing is sometime in June 2013. Tripadvisor may wish to alert potential customers. You may not be getting anything if you book this place.

Having stayed at other service apartments this was not up to expectations. Spacious apartment...kitchen area was suffice although the work surfaces were worn and had burn marks. No tv in the bedroom tho?? And also lacking furniture! Car parking instructions were hard to follow to!
