You know what you're getting at Novotel and this one didn't disappoint. Welcoming check in and check out, and great location for exploring NIA and surrounding waterside and attractiCar park a little on the small side, although I'm sure the staff would have recommended an alternative if I hadn't managed to grab he last space. Recommended.

We are Novotel regulars and have stayed in this Birmingham one before. It is just right for a leisure break--so close to Brindley place with its restaurants, canal, Ikon art gallery and Symphony Hall. The staff is VERY efficient and friendly. Good for families as well.

Check in really disorganised. When I arrived claimed no room for me, I had to contact my travel agent. Then all of a sudden I had two rooms booked (which i didn't). On checking out wanted to charge me for breakfast, which was alkready included in my rate. After making me wait around, was told it was 'ok'. No apology...

Two nights of business, single room. Missed the early cheap deals and the rest of the hotels near the ICC were full. Standard Novotel room, clean and functional but with the common hotel TV that needs a degree in remotecontrolology to find the channel required.
Good points, the room layout with a seperate toilet was interesting, very practical if travelling...
