The hotel and staff were very accommodating during our recent business stay. They looked after a large group well and nothing was too much trouble. For people wanting to stay in South West Birmingham area this is a good location.

Was quoted one price on the phone and then charged another on check out, family room booked (one double bed and two mattresses on the floor!!!). Burnt toast and sausages for breakfast. Overpriced bar.

Stayed 11 nights whilst on a course locally. Extremely friendly management team and staff - nothing was too much trouble. Ended up eating there as well for most of my stay. Stayed 22 March for 2 nights with 5 year old son. Very good location for Cadbury's World (about 3 miles away). Take bus # 27.
