worst hotel stay i have EVER had. it was a nightmare. i was woken up at 12.20am by people running up and down the corridor, knocking on peoples doors, screaming, yes screaming, shouting, fighting, swearing and laughing. they even knocked on my door but i didn't answer, i was too intimidated. this continued till 6.10am when i think most of... We spent there last two weeks. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and it wasn't a problem to check in at all. They also have a car park (free of charge) and coffee and tea making facilities. I would recommend it for either business or holiday trip (it is a bit more than 1 mile away... More

Room was fine. Service at front desk also fine. Breakfast - I find it disgraceful in this day and age that there is no alternative to dairy milk. Also the guy seemingly in. Charge at breakfast laughed when I asked for soya milk, hadnt opened any of the juices and much of the fruit was of extremely poor quality.

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your feedback about our hotel. I am sorry we didn’t have soya milk on our extensive full English and continental Breakfast, but this kind of demand is extremely rare in our Hotel. However, I found your comment valid, and will study the possibility to have some available on request. We look forward to welcoming you... More

we booked this hotel because we needed a place to crash after a concert at the HMV institute and didnt want to break the bank! To be honest it was with some trepidation that we went having paid £29 for a double room.. however we were pleasantly surprised. The check in lady was excellent with brilliant customer service skills, there... More

Hotel rooms need an upgrade the carpet is filthy and should have been replaced a long time ago. Its a shame because I stay in Accor hotels all the time and this is the worst ive stayed in. It smells like an old hospital. Service was good with a smile and the food was good.

Dear Guest, Please accept my apologizes for the carpet you have find dirty in your bedroom. Most of the carpets have been changed in last October, and are subject to a shampooing every month, more when randomly needed. I will ask my housekeeping Manager to have a closer look at all rooms to double check which one could need of... More

Room was VERY basic. There was some sort of pod in the corner of the room which they suggested was a bathroom. Tharge for wifi and at £7.99 for breakfast I thought this was steep. OK if your desperate to get your head down but well below average service and rooms

Dear Chris, Thank you for letting me know your feedback about our Hotel. I feel sorry you disliked the room and bathroom. Had 2 nights here, from Friday to Sunday. The room was what we expected - basic but comfortable, small but efficient shower 'pod', TV, tea and coffee tray. Above and beyond our expectations were the reception/restaurant staff, and the quality of the food - for the price we paid we couldn't fault the breakfast, or the Saturday afternoon snack meal... Met up with a colleague to mix business with pleasure, that having been said the staff in the hotel are its greatest asset, which seems to be overlooked by the management. Two charming French reception staff on arrival, but irked to find extra charges levied for internet and breakfast, this is a total out of date practice surely! Quiet room,... More
