Came here for a conference at the ICC-very close. Welcome friendly, check in easy and 4th floor room, large, clean, comfortable and great for 2 nights. In the middle of a great complex of restaurants and bars but quiet and well appointed. Would definitely stay again. Well done, Ramarda!

The location is very good for the ICC and other central venues. You can walk along the canal to the ICC which is a relaxing way to get there. There are lots of places to eat and drink close by either around in the Mail Box or a short walk to the ICC. However the hotel needs to think about... More

Having read recent reviews we arrived at this Hotel a little concerned, Luckily we had done our homework first so upon checking in we were welcomed by a very smiley receptionist we were quickly checked in but i heard her mention a room on the 5th floor so i pointed out that my Friend suffered from Asthma and we could... My friend had booked this hotel to stay for 1 night on the 11th june, when we had arrived the receptionist checked us in and off we went to our room. As we were walking through the corridors we noticed a horrible smell and the carpets were worn out and held together by black masking tape!. As soon as we... More

I stayed here from 1 night and on arrival from the Mailbox carpark (the best location to park) I could not see the enterance to the hotel as it looks like a Starbucks coffee from the outside. The location was great as it was close to the local evening night life. The hotel staff were friendly and happy to help.... More

Stayed for 1 night after drinks and meal in the Mailbox. Location couldn't be more perfect. Was welcomed at reception by an incredibly friendly gentleman who couldn't have been more helpful polite and pleasant. As I'd arrived early the room wasn't ready but he was more than happy to keep my bag safe whilst I headed off to do some... More

This hotel is 'perfect', our room had everything you could need including fresh coffee machine, iron and board, lots of space, ridiculously comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom with double shower, lots of hanging space, big tv, internet cable, lots of mirrors and most importantly a large window that opened fully and overlooked the canal. We couldn't fault this hotel,... More

I recently stayed here for 1 night for business. Negative things I would say are first of all the hotel looks very tired / shabby, the room was ok but shabby, very dirty switches & sockets, marks on the walls etc, could certainly do with some tlc. I ate in the restaurant & found the food to be hmmm ok... More

Booked this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday as we were going to see a show in the New Alexander Theater. Although we had slight difficulty finding the hotel, once found we found the staff welcoming and the location perfect for our needs. Very short walk to the theater and perfect for going for a meal before and to bars afterwards.... More

Used this hotel recently for the meeting rooms. The room was in a poor state of upkeep, the walls were very marked and dirty. The table in the room was in equally poor condition to the point where we were going to play a game of "spot a piece of varnish". Great location but not well maintained. Disappointing.
