I found this hotel had a loveley family charm. The staff was courteous and helpful and knowledgable about the local. Wonderfully situated in walking distance from the train station. This added to a more hasselfree travel experience. Very good Wi Fi access. More

Unhelpful and lazy reception staff. The room was dirty and in a poor state of repair. The mattress protector was stained with god knows what and the shower door was falling to pieces. I am still waiting on my 0450 alarm call from the unmanned reception desk. A sorry state of affairs. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! More
