The staff are friendly and fast, the room rates are fair and of a good size. There is a lot to do in Brum so this is an ideal hotel being that its about a 6min walk from the shops and they have parking which adds to the value.
I'd use them again, if for no other reason then parking,...

Managed to secure a reduced booking rate of £39 for the Birmingham Christmas markets. (We stayed 20/12/11). Absolutely brilliant location, easy to find, in a quiet back street so no road noise (that's noticeable anyway!) and literally a 5 minute walk from the centre/christmas market run.
thoroughly enjoyed my visit both to this premier inn and Birmingham and will definitely...

Managed to get the much advertised £29 rate for a Sunday night. Usually stay in the Hyatt Regency but literally wanted a bed for the night as we were going to a concert in the evening and had to leave straight after breakfast the next day so it didn't seem worth it. Clean room, comfy bed, bathroom adequate, with efficient...

This premier inn is very close to the city centre and a 2min walk from the nice eatery/bar area that is the Mailbox. The staff are friendly and helpful, just what you expect in a premier inn. Also an aded bonus if having a free carpark, with ample space. The rooms are clean and welcoming. A little cool when we...

This Hotel is v close to City Centre and has parking facilities.
It was very child friendly and the staff, especially a lady called Katie (i think) were more than willing to help.
The room was exactly what we needed and had a view of the canal. They even provided a cot at no extra charge.
Excellent breakfast too.

This Premier Inn was everything you'd expect of a Premier Inn:
Edible food (no risk of food poisoning) but over use of microwave (?) and quantity over quality on my first night. Second night's food was delicious however :)
Best welcome possible from receptionist :)
All staff very helpful :)
They use a heavily perfumed polish/air freshener which triggered my...

Brilliant location if you are going to the NIA, it is literally 10 minutes walk away down the canal. Hotel is exactly what you'd expect from a PI, clean, friendly & good value. Staff were all friendly, really glad we chose this hotel.
Only minor issue is parking, we were lucky to get the last space, for the size of...

It is just a short walk from the ICC and NIA. This hotel really is "canal side" and although I was given a room on the other side of the building I enjoyed the canal view over breakfast. Given that this is a City Centre location it is also worth mentioning that a key card is needed to get onto...
