I had a meeting with people who arrived at Birmingham International and the Crown Plaza was the ideal location. Excellent service and facilities from attentive staff. Coffee and snacks were of a very high standards and the service was quick. Not much more you can ask for.

Frequent traveler with Crowne Plaza and Holiday inn. Great stay, lovely breakfast and as priority club member recognized with an upgrade. AC not 100% working and therefore a 4 out of 5 but rooms very clean and staff was nice and welcoming. Great outside area to have your sunny breakfast. Definitely come back.
