How do I sum it up, like an American motel that looks like guests pay per hour. Nicest bit is the reception. Rooms are tiny, cold(radiator not working) but functionally for Walls and a bed. Cannot complain about the service as there wasn't any. Cold (the room was not any where near the workplace recommended temperature of 16 C), and miserable looking place. Give it another year or so and the description can be done in one word - dump. More
