We stayed here due to travelling for a football match... Was ok not great but not terrible. I used the swimming pool and facilities which were again ok. Not luxury. Rooms were ok, was a nice surprise to have a spa bath in our room. Overall hotel is ok the rooms need abit of a re vamp.

we stayed at the Britannia for a wedding else where. the staff were all very friendly, the foyer is welcoming , the bedrooms however are very vey tired and need a revamps. sheets and towels clean as expected our friends on tje 4th floor were in a newish room which were much better. if you just want a cheap bed...
