From the moment my wife and I arrived (un-planned), they staff and facilities were wonderful. The room was lovely, & the facilities were all nice and clean. We had a lovely time & will happily go there again.

Hilton it maybe but it's on an industrial park and worse still if your lucky enough to get a room facing the highway. Sleeping will be not good. Beware! Don't drink there bottled water in the room as it costs a whopping £3.95! Like most hotels anyway. The price of alcohol is over the top. But this normal.

Parts of the hotel look a bit tired, but breakfast spread makes up for a lot. Room comfortable enough, but be aware there is no air con although the windows do open a bit. Staff very helpful and welcoming. I do object to having to pay extra for car parking

I took my girlfriend away to see her favorite singer matt cardle and proposed the room was a perfect setting the staff were fantastic really helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough to help and make the stay as great as it could possibly be.

Worst room overlooking m6, no heating or cooling controls except for a plug in electric heater. Asked for other room but not supplied. Room rate £139 but they added extra £40 hold "in case I charged anything" wifi £15 per night and restaurant not open till 7pm for dinner. Shocking hotel. Thought Hilton was a premium brand.
