Very nice Inn in a charming village south i Yorkshire. The village wellknown for the author of Jane Eyre. The whole village referring to her. A lot of antiqueshops and restaurants nearby. The old hall is a gem, I am afraid of giving it so much positive respons, because it only has 2 rooms and we sure wants to stay... More

We booked at this hotel for a night’s stay. Due to a booking error we were transferred to a different hotel, however we were up-graded and given a free meal and drinks. We could not accept this over generous offer so we did pay for part of the bill. Overall this is a beautiful place, excellent staff. We thought on... More

My wife and I visited the Old Hall, Haworth on Sunday 7th April, having not been for a few months, the place was packed out and very busy, but we had booked and a table was waiting for us. Staff were pleasant and helpful, even though they were rushed off their feet. Food was very good, as normal a very... More

Large busy pub restaurant. As locals this is the one we choose for a quick meal or pint. Plus you can take you dogs into the bar area and loads of outside tables when weather permits. Food- local produce. Good value and specials board always changing. Drink- decent price for the area and a landlord who knows how to keep... More

Stayed for two nights as a single lady due to work. When i arrived I was greeted by David and shown to my room. The room in all honesty needs a sympathetic refurb and bringing up to date but it was clean and the bed was so comfortable!! Nice linen, plenty of options for making drinks and not limited. Toiletries... More

It's March 2013 - We're hungry and bloomin' freezing. We're four adults with a 7 year old boy and 2 dogs. What were the chances of finding somewhere that had a vacant table by a roaring open fire with good food and choices of ale and that would happily allow the dogs in with us...In this case the chances were... Had a very tasty Sunday lunch here last weekend. Opted for beef roast dinner and it was on our table in no time. Just the job for fuelling up before a wintery walk to Top Withens. We arrived just before 12pm and many tables were already reserved so we didn't think we'd get seated, but they found us a table,... More
