Staff very helpful and friendly. Conference facilities good but restaurants poor. Pre booked evening meals and buffet lunches at conference very disappointing. Bedrooms clean and spacious although tv annoying -cant just switch on tv need to go through hotels menu first which becomes repetitive wifi only free form1 hour in public areas and not bedrooms
