Location excellent - walking distance to cathedral and shops. Disliked - very warm corridors/room, no lifts, £5 car park fee. Liked - upgraded room, food was very nice and friendly staff. Very pleasant stay in nice surroundings and would recommend hotel to others.

“Brief visit to Salisbury”

Hotel very good but difficult to find because the parking is entered from the street behind the building and requires knowledge of one way system. I have no GPS system. It would help if directions could be given as part of the information about the hotel. The restaurant was very helpful with my brother's allergy problem.

“Excellent Hotel!!”

This hotel is excellent, I stayed here for a few nights and found the staff to be very helpful and my room was great. The interior decorating was beautiful, my bathroom was lovely and everything was really nice and clean. The food was great as well. It's in a prime location, walking distance to everything in Salisbury. Highly recommend!

“Noisy”

Do not stay in 201 , it should be turned into a storeroom , it's above the rear car park and everyone leaving the restaurant for the car park disturbs your sleep until midnight , then the service trucks start arriving at 5.30 am .
