Spacious, clean and comfortable! I would recommend the Bakehouse to anyone looking for homely accommodation run by a friendly and helpful chap! A secure car park was also a positive for me meaning I could leave my car tucked away for the week with total piece of mind. Merci de s'occuper de moi, voyez-vous bientôt!!

This is a truly excellent B+B and is testament to the care, attention and genuine hospitality offered by Laurent the owner. The room was great, the breakfast perfect, and Laurent really couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The owner was very friendly to me and chatty when I arrived, also very helpful regarding anything I wanted during my stay. The house is very well maintained and impeccably clean. Top service for an extremely fair price. I will return here again if Im back in Maidenhead.

The owner Laurent was very welcoming and my room and facilities overall were great. Tripadvisor asks for a review of quality of sleep and here, unlike a lot of other places I have stayed, I slept like a log for the two nights I stayed. The off-street parking was very helpful.

We stayed at the bake house on a business trip. Laurent is a wonderful welcoming host. The bed was very comfy and the room was cosy and clean. We paid 60 for a room with a separate bathroom. You can pay a little more for ensuite but it didn't bother us as the bathroom was next door to our room.... More
