Normally we wouldn't complain about a bad stay in any hotel, but our three night stay here really deserves complaint. I have not stayed at this hotel but had cause to visit recently. The reception are is cold and unwelcoming. It is in need of a good overhaul The location is great but it is so run down I would not even have a coffee there.
