Stayed here 1 night on business at the uni. Great for train station as right next to it and in the heart of the city. Clean and big rooms but would have preferred double not twin bed. Decor is very dated in the rooms and 80's pictures downstairs need changing! My room window would not close and this meant the... More

From the outside it doesn't look very promising, but inside it is clean and bright with a wonderful main staircase. We asked for a quiet room, and got one on the 1st floor. No problem, clean and comfortable. The staff were very good. Breakfast was your average self-service buffet, no better and no worse than most. At the price, not... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience. I was pleased to read that overall you had an enjoyable stay. My apologies for the inconvenience caused by the seagulls; the local authority is fully aware of this citywide issue and has a long term plan in place to reduce the gull population in a humane... Great and perfect location for a stay in Worcester being across from Foregate Street Station. However no trains can be heard in hotel. Top quality breakfast in the morning. Only disappointment we had was the water pipes encased in the wall next to our room vibrated most of the night and was advised it would be seen to in the... More

I was pleased to read that on the whole you had an enjoyable stay and found the facilities suitable for your requirements. My apologies however that you were disturbed by noisy pipes - this was due to a faulty valve that has since been replaced. I hope that this will not deter you from returning and that we have the... We booked here because it was closest to Worcester racecourse which we were attending for Ladies Day. In the City centre, off street secure parking 10 minutes walk to the racecourse. All the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Our room was large, clean and with all necessary facilities. Breakfast was included and huge. Only downside here was limited cold... More

We stayed two nights in room 212 - do not stay in this room! I know is sounds unreal but the floorboards above are so noisy we were awoken twice during the night by guests upstairs walking to the their bathroom, at 5.30 am they woke us again. It was impossible to go back to sleep. Apparently they checked out... More

I am sorry that you were disturbed by creaking floorboards due to the age of some parts of the building which dates back to the 16th century. Its in the city centre with some secure parking. staff were great and I only had breakfast but that was a good hotel buffet. The rooms are clean but old fashioned and tired - it's fine for a few nights but not somewhere to stay for any longer. Because it is in the centre, it can be noisy at night... More

I've stayed here twice now, both for a couple of nights at a time whilst on business. Good central location, a short walk from some lovely pubs and decent restaurants. We stayed for 9 days, the staff were terrific, friendly and helpful.
