This B&B was in a great location, spotlessly clean, and the view from our room overlooked the harbor full of boats. We stayed overnight to catch the ferry to Dublin and this place was perfect for our needs.

The biggest problem with TripAdvisor is that rating something out of 5 is a bit feeble really. This really is a bit better than a 3 but I'd lie if I said it was a 4. Location is reasonable. It's not in the middle of town but it's not right on the edge. It's perfect for the breakwater/harbour area and... More

Stayed here for a wedding at a nearby hotel. We were looking for a triple room and this far exceeded our expectations. The welcoming arrival was second to none and the room was spotless with a super shower, comfy beds and nice surroundings. Breakfast was an optional extra at a very reasonable rate with self service. The added bonus to... More

We only stayed one night en route to Ireland. Very convenient B and B. We had a large twin room which was perfectly adequate, lovely products in the shower room. The host made us and our dog very welcome. We would definately use it again

we got off the ferry after midnight and the host very kindly left the key in a covenient location. The room was lovely-so clean and comfortable and we were able to help ourselves to breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again the next time Leinster make it to the final! We had a brilliant weekend (and won the... More

The Witchingham is in a lovely neighborhood away from the drearier centre of town. The host was extremely helpful and provided information about the locale: food, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Our stay was brief as we boarded the Stena Ferry to Ireland the next morning. Holyhead was in the midst of ferocious winds from the... More

The rooms at the Witchingham are clean and comfortable. The manager of this bed and breakfast was so helpful. And, the bed and breakfast is conveniently located near the train station and ferry ports.

Best place we stayed during our entire trip! We were worried when we booked it for a low price but it was tremendous. WiFi worked well enough to watch a sporting event back home in the room and the beds were so comfortable we didn't wake up til 11am the next morning! Make sure you know the easiest way to... More

The rooms were decorated beautifully, the feeling was comfort and luxury(the beds were delightful) and the owners and staff were very helpful in their service and advice. Breakfast was do it yourself, but totolly adequate, everything provided. We called ahead about being late and the owner came to pick us up at the station. You can spend a few hours... More
