My partner and I were starting our mini Welsh tour at the Brecon Beacons national park and stayed at The Malt House B+B, the accomodation was perfect, lovely comfy and clean, breakfast was delicious and the location was great for walking and touring the surrounding areas, with lots to do and see. I would highly reccomend The Malt House B+B!

We were made very welcome, no tv in room but a very good sitting room with tv, games available. Beautiful gardens and position. Lovey village, would love to have stayed longer. Good local pub, with good food, The Sun Inn. Very good breakfast. The Attic room, would be difficult for any one over 6ft.

Found this B & B through trip advisor but booked direct with The Malt House. Really easy booking system and secured two lovely rooms for our 1 night stay. Seeing a picture of each room we were booking was a really nice touch too. We stayed here for 1 night in May for a short walking break in the Brecon... More

A lovely house and garden in welsh village. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were in the loft room which does have sloping roof - but we knew that when we booked. good breakfast and fantastic value packed lunch for only £4. the weather was good which helped but would recommend this guest house.

Ideal location for a walking weekend. Great value for money. You share a bathroom and although we had to wait a bit in the morning for it to be free you can't beat the value for money. Overall good, but the quality of the ingredients for the cooked breakfast were wanting.

My daughter and I stayed here on the way back from Aberystwyth. Mike was very friendly and obviously works hard to keep everything running smoothly. The room was spacious and clean with a loo and shower. The bed was comfortable and my daughter had a folding bed as the only room with two beds didn't have ensuite. On the negative... More

A lovely house in a beautiful setting - but some disappointing aspects to our three night stay. We had a large, comfortable room with a strong and efficient shower in the en-suite. However, the room was never fully serviced throughout our stay. The cups were washed and the tea bags replenished, but the bed wasn't made, the towels were not... More

Lovely location, very relaxing. Fabulous hosts, breakfast was great with a huge choice and very very tasty! Very tidy B&B with ample parking and many good food/pubs to eat especially the local Hart literally across the road from The B&B. We stayed in the attic room which although could have done with more heat but the views from the sky... More

Stayed here in two rooms whilst we attend a wedding. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, helping us with directions, cots, extra rollaway bed and even taxi -ing us the following day back to the wedding venue. Great location in a pretty village. Bedrooms spacious, well decorated and with everything you would hope to have in a room. Breakfast... More
