We received a warm welcome from the staff on arrival. Everything was just as you would expect from a Premier inn - comfortable clean rooms. The breakfast was particuarly good as it was cooked to order. A good deigner outletshopping centre is a short walk away.

I have stayed here many times over the years from back when this was a Holiday Inn Express. Its well run, clean, tidy with friendly all female staff. I reviewed this hotel last year and its still good value for money. Bridgend is not famous for much, but they can be proud if this property.

Warm and friendly hotel, rooms clean and well serviced during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The only difficulty we had was parking, we did find parking space but it often too some time to wait for people from a nearby restaurant to make space available

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a good location for retail shopping. Selection of places to eat. Parking can be difficult due to the Harvester restaurant being very busy. Difficulty getting parked if you have a blue badge due to inconsiderate parking by others. Don't book room 100 due to noise from heating or boiler system.

The service we received was fantastic, we would hesitate to return. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay better. You couldn't do any better for the money and I would recommend it for the family friendly approach.

Not sure why this is called Bridgend Central as it isn't in the centre of Bridgend, but is located by the McArthur Glen at the M4. Welcome was friendly and room immaculately clean, if a bit small.
