“Something is missing in this hotel and it is generally customer service.”

Reception was good. However, elsewhere not so good. Breakfast - I asked for honey. 'What is out is all we have!!' was the stern reply. Not good. The bedrooms are okay. “First impressions very good.”

Arrived at 3am an was checked in promptly. Room was spacious and seemed like it had been refurbished as a slight smell of paint. Breakfast all you would want and good service. Used pool which was nice and warm and changing areas good and clean.Will return to this hotel again.

This Hilton is very close to the M4 motorway and convenient and very convenient for travellers. “Needs updating”

We had a pleasant stay at Newport Hilton but the hotel needs updating. All of the staff where very pleasant and helpful rooms clean but old-fashi. pool was lovely and warm but the area again could do with updating.
