You need to remember the Manor is only a 4* establishment, compared to the 5* The Resort has obtained. For us the difference in price was £100 a night so we booked The Manor. Hotel is a good location. Rooms are clean but dated! Breakfast is great. Two reason I would be hesitant to stay again, 1. The front desk and concierge are useless, and the hotel lay out is awkward, especially when the lift is broken. 2. The beds suck! Literally I have slept on hardwood floors more comfortable.

I stayed here one night with work. It is a very impressive sight from the M4 and once inside it does not disapoint. The food, service and cleanliness is excellent.
