Spent two nights here on return to Belfast. Found location was great within walking distance to everything, but very thin walls, could hear the person next door snoring. Also the shower ran very very hot a few minutes after turning it on.

Stayed here for one night in May. Comfortable beds and great location. Only steps away from Belfast city hall. Lauren at the front desk was really helpful with providing a map and giving suggestions of what to do in the city.

Excellent location - 3 minutes walk from the bus/train station and the same from City Hall. Open top buses stop outside and last but not least Belfast's pub of the year across the road (owned by the National Trust) and even playing live music on a Thursday night.
