This was very comfortable with old world charm delightfully decorated. . Our host, Roger, made us feel most welcome particularly as he offered us afternoon tea on arrival with deicicious shortbreads. He also advised yus well on a black cab tour which made our short time in Belfast very interesting. We would strongly recommend this B&B.

Roger and Olive are wonderful hosts and there is nothing they haven't thought of or go out of their way to help you with. We stayed with Roger and Olive for 15 days April to May of this year. We had previously been here before, but not for a few years. It was like coming home again! As soon as the front door is opened one is greeted by Roger or Olive and you get this warm comfortable feeling of being somewhere very special.... More

Roger and Olive were wonderful hosts and the location was very convenient to the bus route into the center of town which we appreciated rather than have to drive and park. The location was also near a couple of nice restaurants and pubs. Breakfasts were all excellent with great choices. Our room was very roomy and comfortable with a nice... More

After a busy day of meetings and family members getting lost, Roger talked them to the B&B and made it feel like home. We really enjoyed the welcoming tea and sweets, and then had a wonderful few days in the early March moisture. The trees were just beginning to bloom and it made for an early Spring. Breakfast was wonderful... More

I recently had the pleasure of a couple of nights at Ravenhill Guesthouse. The accommodation was excellent. We were warmly greeted by Roger, our rooms were clean and roomy with numerous amenities. The breakfasts were excellent with good choices and ample food. Roger and Olive were most helpful in providing information about things to see and do, and also gave... More

I stayed 3 evenings at the Ravenhill Guesthouse while I was in Belfast with work. It has a central location convenient to the city centre and very close to shops and local amenities. The welcome was warm and friendly with a nice cup of tea on arrival. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent every morning with... More

We only spent one night at the Ravenhill Guesthouse, travelling with 1 kid. The room was very nice and quiet, very comfortable bed (three of us had a great sleep), lovely service and the best breakfast I have ever had!!! Would recommend to everybody! Perfect B&B!

Roger and Olive are welcoming and helpful. They have mastered the art of running a B&B so that one feels" at home" with none of the "chores"! Buses (double-deckers) nearby run every 10 minutes to centre city Belfast and other sights. Delicious breakfasts with homemade jams and compotes and granola (she gave us the recipe). Even had a parking space.

Despite arriving 6 hours earlier than indicated Roger welcomed us with tea and biscuits and helped us plan the day's activities, kindly calling a cab for the black taxi tour. When we returned our cases were in our room. Room 3 at the top with a bay window lacks for nothing. It was a joy to return from a day... More
