My colleague and I ended up in the Hilton because everywhere else in Aberdeen was fully booked. The rooms we got were tiny and cost £200 for a night b&b. For some odd reason the sofa was set up as an occasional bed although the booking forbade more than one person in the room. Breakfast was excellent !!

I first stayed here 6 years ago and vowed never again ... but it really has improved; very friendly staff and refurbishment (Room 1 is delightful) but you can't get away from the fact its an ageing building, in a residential area 2- 3 km away from the town centre. Not bad gym and-nice pool though,
