we stayed here in Sept 2011 and really enjoyed the hotel and location, only less than perfect aspect was the parking, there is only 2 spots to park in the back, but did not have any trouble parking on the side of the street. More

This is the third time we have stayed at the George. It is fantastic! Room 9 is gorgeous! Breakfast in bed a must as well as sitting by the real fire sipping a Talisker. Restaurant is also very nice. I can't imagine a more authentic Scottish Inn. Book now! More

Stayed here for 1 night and were lucky enough to book into the Library room. Huge jacuzzi and massive bed! The bar downstairs is good fun with reasonably priced food and drink. Would recommend a stay in this room! More
