Hotel looked smashing on Internet but very different when we got there. Totally overrated and overpriced. Rooms clean but outdated. Claim Wi Fi in all rooms but only available in certain areas in lobby. Restaurant pricey and disappointing quality. Some staff helpful but greeting and help from some reception staff very cold and unhelpful. Parking an issue unless you book.

rooms could be a bit brighter apart from that the rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, pleasant and very helpful and made our stay. food was excellent, lovely view from the sun room facing promenade. we will be back....

Another hotel in the same group as the one we just left! Not quite as salubrious but still as comfortable, with comfy bed! Chose this place on the spur of the moment as its location seemed good. Looks ok on the outside but certainly one of the worst hotels we've stayed in. Just spent a night here with group of friends. Lovely room, great food and outstanding views from lounge. The highlight of our stay was the staff. They could not have been more friendly and welcoming from checking in at reception to bringing in a cake singing Happy Birthday to one of us. Will definitely be back.
