Only stayed one night, sadly, on a motorcycle tour of Scotland. Could not find fault with the place that would justify bothering to type it. Recently very well redecorated almost thoughout to create a smart, period yest still warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everywhere very clean. We stayed at this lovely hotel, were welcolmed, room was a class above as was dining room and all interior. Grounds well kept. Food was excellent, well prepared, served promptly . The staff were all very nice. The hotel is off the road, about 100 metres, so no traffic noise. More
