quiet spotlessly clean hotel to return to after a hard days work.food is top notch and there is no pressure to buy anything you do not want.showers in rooms very good.staff helpful.breakfast starts at 07.30.if you wish earlier you can get cereal toast etc.

We were greeted by a delightful woman; friendly, and very helpful. Found out she is the owner. Room was all we could want, food was excellent and the location is super. If we return to Dumfries, we return to the Station Hotel.
