“Luxury B & B 'Home from Home'...in Edinburgh.”

My wife and I stayed for a 2 night stopover during our invite to the Queens Garden Party at Holyrood Palace The accommodation far exceeded our expectations in every way, from a comfy bed to an excellent breakfast and lots of excellent touches in between. The Hosts simply could not do enough for you, we would highly recommend this Guesthouse.

Brilliant location, short bus journey from city center, yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet without city noise! Friendly residents, excellent cleanliness of room and extremely comfotable large double bed, highly recommended to singles or couples!

“Charming little B&B”

I Stayed here last month with my partner. The B&B was on a good bus route so it was easy to get to and from the city centre and the room was great - quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The staff were lovely too and really helpful, so no complaints - defo great value for money!

We stayed at Duddingston b&b on the weekend of the Edinburgh marathon ... when accommodation was at a premium and very, very expensive. It was more chance than choice that we found this place and I can honestly say that i'm glad we did. The room was spotless with cable channels (great for the kids) and a huge feature fire-place....
