A gem. The staff are so friendly. The deal with parking was amazing. It said 'dinner' but I was not expecting a wonderful, and beautifully presented meal. There was also a bath. Great for travellers. More

All my family (6 adults & 4 kids) all stayed en route to Tenerife. What a great start to the holiday. Lovely evening meals in the Restaurant. Staff could not do enough for us and catered brilliantly also for the 4 small children. Rooms were lovely. In the morning we had the most delicious continental breakfast delivered on time and... No where is perfect and neither is this hotel. A little tired in places and reception lacking the warmest welcome should not over shadow the fantastic service at all other times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was extremely well prepared and presented, tasting fantastic as well. So a big thank you to Marcin and his team. More

I don't expect much from chain hotel restaurants having eaten some overpriced and uninspiring food in the past . This one was surprisingly good with attentive service from Marcin and his staff . The roasted lamb shank was really delicious and my wife's chicken stuffed with haggis was also excellent . Desert of raspberry creme brulee was not too sweet... More

This hotel is a reasonable price and pretty close to the airport. I walked, and it took me about 20 mins, although taxi and bus is easily available. The check in was very welcoming and the lady serving me was excellent. The food is expensive, but is good quality. Not worth the cost however. The room (235) was clean and... More

My wife booked us into the Quailty Hotel in Edinburgh prior to flight out. Location to airport, with regular bus service, there is parking, this needs to be sorted before you get there, it was free for us, but there could be a charge. Very clean hotel, though the for us, the bed was extremely small for a double, did... More

Dear DavidandVal7 Thank you for your review. I am sorry you found the free WiFi in your room not working and that the double bed was too small for your comfort. Last week we had our Wifi vendor complete a survey of our guest room connection – and currently all the WiFi blank spots have been limited. When we are... More

Stayed here for one night prior to catching a red-eye shuttle to Krakow. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. We decided to try the onsite restaurant. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much but I can honestly say the food we received was excellent (albeit we did have to wait some considerable time for it to be prepared). Happily, the... More

Stayed at this hotel night before an early morning flight. Very clean and well maintained furnishings. I did find the room really cold with only a small wall heater. Tea and coffee provided. Free wifi. Staff were friendly. Food appeared very overpriced! Approx £15-£20 for main course only. Enjoyed the views of the runway at Edinburgh Airport. More
