Loved staying here, friendly front of house and breakfast/bistro staff,very clean, nice modern bathroom,big georgian windows that actually open.They even provided a take away continental breakfast as our flight left early.Foos was excellent, great fresh fruit array, delicious hot croissants,good coffee.

Great place for easy acess to Edinburgh city centre by bus or walk in 30 minutes. Continental breakfast was good. Only critisism was the shower was unable to maintain a stable temperature, scalding to cold randomly. Room was comfortable.

I booked this small hotel because it was near Pollock Halls, where I was attending a conference. Super room, excellent attention from friendly staff, and a good continental breakfast. I would go back.

Lovely, spacious hotel with a nice big bed. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The only down side were the stairs, carrying a large suitcase wasn't very practical, but I mainly blame my girlfriend for taking too much ;-)
